Living with chronic health conditions has shaped the way I move through everyday life — from the food I eat to the small, comforting rituals that bring me peace. One of my favourite ways to slow down and feel grounded is with a good book, a warm cup of coffee or tea, and music playing softly in the background. These quiet moments have become something I truly cherish.

After being required to follow a strict gluten-free lifestyle, I quickly realised how difficult it can be to find treats that not only taste great, but also make you feel included and cared for.

I also noticed that when it came to gifts and care packages, there weren’t many thoughtful options for people who are gluten-free. So often, gluten-free treats are an afterthought, leaving people feeling overlooked during birthdays, celebrations, or even in those small everyday moments when someone simply wants to show they care.

That’s why I created Chapter & Crumb.

My goal is to make gifting more inclusive by offering beautifully curated gluten-free treats that everyone can enjoy with confidence. Whether you're buying for yourself or someone you love, I want every order to feel like a quiet moment of comfort — something to enjoy alongside a favourite book, a warm drink, and a little music in the background.
